Alarming Head Strategies
Most everybody alive today is informed that we've got some kind of imagination in our head, and that this intellect is somehow responsible for our pursuits. You may even know that some impulses never really even make it to the head, since they are more reflexive in nature.
However, it's not widely known that our brain contains two different minds, and sometimes they want different things, which ends up making us feel extraordinary feelings of fear and tension.
You are probably already attentive that these two sides of our heads are the cognizant mind and the spontaneous. Our watchful learning ability are dependable for reason, and making plans for our long term long term.
For example, if you are considering shedding some pounds, your reasonable intellect knows that it's best to not eat after 8 PM, or it's a good idea to stop eating so much ice cream, and maybe a good idea to exercise.
Your unconscious mind, on the other hand, can't really look out into the long term, all it knows is right now it's starving, and it's going to keep bugging you until you consume something.
And when your other than cognizant decides it's time to eat, it's not really going to let you think about anything else until you do.
